Our slab process includes meeting all PSI ratings, thickness and reinforcement, with concrete, mesh wiring, crack bars, stem walls, footers and whatever else you have specified. For the building envelope, we are able to form the concrete block walls, stem walls and columns. To complete the shell, we deliver expertise in the construction of the home’s lintels and framing.

We guarantee we will provide the best roof that fits your budget and style. In addition to new roof replacement, we perform roof repairs and wind mitigation inspections.
Osprey Construction produces bids within 48 hours and, once the bid is approved, our goal is to complete the rehabilitation within two weeks, in many cases sooner. Our professionals are able to send documents directly from the field to further reduce processing time.
