In the field, Osprey is the best concrete and masonry contractor I have worked with. The team is professional, courteous and hardworking. They abide by the rules such as wearing proper PPE and keeping a clean job site. Osprey Construction is on time and on target. The current construction culture unfortunately has subcontractors performing work on their schedule as opposed to the General Contractor’s schedule. Osprey is not one of these subcontractors. They have abided to the schedule to a ‘T’, even when we have to alter the schedule caused by other delays.”

In a remodel such as this, there are so many things that can go wrong, and yet this project was completed on time and within budget.
